How do you send someone the right offer, at the right time, at the right place? It's easy - if you know what they like.

That's where we come in.

Right time? We're always on. Right place? Simple. Right offer? That's were the data comes in.

When someone interacts with your offer on CherriPik (reviews, redeems, or discards it) we collect that data.

Then, through both analytics and analysis we get a good grasp of what each customer likes and doesn't like. You don't want to send someone a personalized offer for chicken when they only ever choose beef.

But, one data point does not a preference make. That's why if you have a variety of products and/or services we suggest posting multiple offers every month over several months. This provides the data needed to deliver the right offer, we call them smart offers. 

A smart offer is an incentive you create that waits for the right conditions in order to be deployed.
